Preparation is everything ...
Well, it's two weeks before we plan to hit the road and we are furiously trying to take care of the little odds and ends between visits with friends, work, etc. No time for complaining though. This is one of the best times of our lives and we're really getting excited. For those of you who've never used a blog before, you can drop us a line by clicking on comments below any of our posts.

Cynthia....I am so excited for both you and Dan. You've both waited and planned for this trip for a long time! Now that I've found your "blog", I plan to check it every time I log on at home! This "blog thing" is so much better than the paper diaries I kept on trips! Happy Trails!!
